This is not an image optimisation issue. This is not a caching issue. This is some issue with the server, or something weird in the code that's causing a 10 minute load time on the 2nd half of our home page. It could be clashing plugins on wordpress? who knows. Fluent English only - no exception. Fixed price - paid on solving the problem. The problem solution may involve server issues AND code issues. You may need to deal with BOTH issues. cpanel server on a shared host so no root access.
