WordPress Content Population

Hello, I'm currently having a new website and theme customized for our 7-year-old trade magazine. Our trade magazine currently has 2 editions. We have an Orange County, CA edition and a San Diego, CA edition. This new website will have content from both editions. Our magazines are always 32-pages in length and we generally have 1-3 features, a 2-page press release section (we call "Community News") and 5-8 editorials in every issue. The "editorials" are typically the same in both editions, but the "features" and "Community News" section are "usually" different. The new website we are having created, will look similar to this one: [login to view URL] . We are currently accepting proposals from talented WordPress designers to find out how much it would cost to have your company update our website each month (on an ongoing basis) with the content supplied to you in a PDF format (use this link to download PDF samples: [login to view URL]!Ao4B1f9icFyeg5UxKkGswPxfU9LmHg ) which you would use to extract the content and images from to upload to the new website in the same, visually attractive way (or better) as the sample website above. Since this is a new website, we would work with you to establish the overall look and standard we expect and let you know how all the articles we send you should be categorized. So, a little bit of patience would be required on both sides in the beginning of this working relationship. It will also be important that all links in features, editorials and authors bios be activated when provided. Authors headshots and their bios must always be present for every feature and editorial we add to the website. We don’t want any shortcuts. Since each of our editions have similar editorials, my guess is that when we email you TWO, 32-page magazines in a PDF format, you would have on average 2-5 features, 2 Community News sections, and the same 5-8 editorials (which you would add to the website only "once" when the content is the same. Also, occasionally, we would send you a new banner ad to add or exchange a previously uploaded banners ad with. We also will only work with someone who can write in proper English. We won’t respond to proposals sent in broken English Based on all this information, can you please let me know how much it would cost to have you do this for us on a monthly basis and anything else your service includes. Also, we may want to take 2-3 years of past issues and have you upload those for us also. So, we would need a proposal for monthly servicing and another proposal on how much to have you upload previous years (or anything else you feel would help us) and make it all look amazing.
