Web Dialer needs database entry changed

Web based dialer has folders with uploaded lists to call from users. When user deletes a called list, it is also deleting the phone numbers they moved to folder called 'callbacks' within same state folder. Need small edit to not delete the callbacks when any list is deleted. We require work to be done with TeamViewer or AnyDesk only please. Thank you for your interest.
