We will be building a webapp which • Uses multiple forms • Forms will have calculations, if-else functions, call figures from other forms • Pulls form data into server side database • Calls data from database/csv files to fill in form fields for printing, online submission, etc. We require a page that • displays a selected form • allow for input and editing of form data whether new or old • has an index of forms in use • has ‘Add Form’ tab with the capability to embed forms templates from Excel, see Screenprint, to be stored in database • pull from form database to be used
