Hi,budget-10$ Need to have great experience with aws and wordpress load balancer setup Web site is already setup with wordpress, load balancer,elastic loading with ec2,mysql and cdn. Its costing much more than 200$/month,need to configure and make sure its decreases with cost of these instances without downtime. This is a quick job which can be done in few minutes as its only changing the setup to make cost less.
