Spotify bot

I am looking for an application/software that can log in on Spotify with my entered Premium account data and that would increase plays on a desired Playlist on Spotify. It should be very easy to use and have a GUI. It has to have the possibility of changable proxies (if possible by itself) so the bot plays are being viewed from different ip addresses all over the [login to view URL] bot must also be able to delay time in between playing the playlists or songs.
