Simple site registration & search database

We want to build a simple way for companies to register with a number of data points. Once done other users can search through it. We have an existing code (including some design based on the DOOIT Content Management System). We also have an existing data model. We also have all the sort|filter mechanism from another project we own which can be used (jQuery). This is a very simple system with just some PHP forms, some JS for making the search forms nice and a MySQL database. Sellers register with these data: - Business Name - Industry [login to view URL] - Website - Management Team/ LinkedIn profile - Headline - Business started - Location (select from List) [login to view URL] - predominant sales areas (up to 5) - revenue last year - EBITDA last year - contact details - upload pitch - upload pictures - equity investment in millions - debt investment in millions - projected sales price Buyers can register with their contact data and once activated can search|sort|filter through all the data fields seller has added above. We need some email integration (we have php classes to interact with Amazon SES already in use) for these events: - seller registration confirm email - buyer registration confirm email - buyer contacts seller
