Simple Java Web Application

The user is presented with a matrix of options on a web page. For example, there is a spreadsheet consisting of 15 rows and 4 columns. The user is asked to select 2 options from the 4 columns presented in each row. Based on the quantity of selections made in each column a graphic is drawn on an X and Y axis. This is done by adding number of selections in each column, on the corresponding axis. Then draw a rectangle / square to join the numbers to graphically represent the result. The rectangle/square together with the rest of the graphic representation should represented in colour that is generally accepted to be visually pleasant. See the attachments for a better understanding,of the method of achieving the expected result. The application will need to work on all browser and web platforms.
