It is possible to write the link to a HTML template file, simply replacing a few details from the data source: Do you want a simple HTML file or do you have a template or do you except a website like the sample you have mentioned? It is possible to read the information from csv or google spreadsheet. Using the google sheets api might be faster, it depends where your csv files are stored and how you have organized all it.
