several small tasks with crm software vtiger

I have several problems in crm Vtiger V6: -Link problems i created an email campaign with an email campaign module. If i send a testmail it works fine. The final mail to recepiants from report have different links behind the resprective words. - Load images problem i cannot load images when i write an email or template. - Problems with html view Mails through workflow are not readable, means they were shown as html code. - Font „times new roman“ I would prefer Arial for all emails or templates as default. - Delete text I have problems to mark text that should be formatted - question marks I have sent another email campaign. There are several ?(question marks) in the mails, even i did not make them.
