Scrolling PGN or FEN chess moves

Hello for a project i'd need to have a page like this one : [login to view URL] But instead of the image background, i'd need a PGN or FEN chessboard that would show moves by moves when you scroll down instead of having to click on each move each time. ( See what I mean here : [login to view URL] ). When you scroll down, the text is moving, but the chessboard doesnt move and it shows next moves. Would be a + if it could run under wordpress. My budget on this is 800 €. I'll give a bit more precisions on private message.
