Request development on 1 HTML Page (Arabic & English)

I have designed 1 HTML Page in Arabic & English with a form (name & Email & submit button). The visitor will have to enter his name & email (either in Arabic or English) in the form. The technical request :- 1- collect entries in admin panel (username & password) table that can be exported by excel (For all entries of name and email save it in one excel document) 2- After submission we want the user to have the ability to share a statement "Statement Sentence #Hashtag www.ourwebsite. com" in various social media platform (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, WhatsApp) and this statement can be shared in Arabic or English depending on the html page submission language. (if Arabic page = Arabic share message) 3- We want the Arabic and English page to show the total number of entries submitted in the statistics section. Simple flow path of visitor journey 1 Arabic page - > Visitor click pledge button -> Visitor add name, email and submit - > visitor share a message in social media. 1 English page -> Visitor click pledge button -> Visitor add name, email and submit - > visitor share in social media -> visitor share a message in social media . No Ready FRAMEWORK will be accepted. I want the programmer to use simple php to make the functions (data collection & data downloaded by excel & Counter & share message through social media platforms).
