Remove "Internal Server Error" in checkout page of Woocommerce

When I am finishing the order in the checkout, the system told us "Internal Server Error". We put the system in debug mode and it gave me this issue "syntaxerror unexpected token in json at position 0". I have tried everything: plugins off, update Woocommerce template in original one, etc but nothing works. Please help me.
