Hello, I took quality time to check the flow chart as well as the functional document you shared which is really nice. I would do a deeper look over the same but here is my initial understanding. There would be four user types i.e. Trainers, Company or customers, Users(I am not sure if you meant the project manager by that) and the admin. The trainers are independent and they may create customers/companies who usually have the option to establish projects along with user assignments. Each trainer and companies will have their own dashboard or project management console. The trainers supervise all the projects that his/her company is running. The trainers are able to see and consult progress reports in different preset UI formats as described. Any changes in the report or addition of the NOTES by the trainers are subject to change on the company dashboard. The on pop up notification of Due for an action, Strategy planner and other input types are perfectly alright with us. I would like to make sure that there won't be any monetary dealing between these user types. Also if this service is free or there would be some memberships. I am sorry if I have missed out that part. This kind of robust application is best to be built using a strong MVC framework like Laravel. needless to say, the database will be Mysql.
