phpFox Custom Development

I am looking to have the following developed on my existing site that uses phpFox (4.7.7): A) I need a user to subscribe to group in order to have access to that group's content (forums, photos, blogs, videos, etc.). Such that, if a user wants to access content that a group's administrator has created, or read a blog post from an existing subscriber to that group - they must first be subscribed to that group. Otherwise, if they search for content that comes up in a result set from a group they are not subscribed to - they are directed to the subscription page to sign up for that group. B) a screen that has icons of all the groups available on the site that users can select. When the user is subscribed to the group associated with the icon, they are then taken to the next screen which shows a list of all forums, all videos, and the members who are part of that group. If the user clicks an icon of a group they are not subscribed to, they are taken to the membership page to sign up for a subscription to the group For the successful freelancer that can accomplish this, I have a couple of other things that I need developed as well on this platform. Wireframes for the 2 screens discussed are attached.
