Paypal Payment Failed Page with Wordpress and Ultimate Membership Pro Plugin

I am looking for an experienced Wordpress Plugin Programmer and Paypal API developer who can do the following. I have a membership site [login to view URL] using Ultimate Membership Pro plugin and I use PayPal as the payment option. When a user gets to the Paypal payment page, and they cancel the payment, they are redirected to the Payment Successful page and the account is created anyway. Though they will not have access to the premium membership pages but I want them to be redirected to a payment failed page if the payment is canceled on paypal and ask them to try paying again instead of the payment successful page. I think there should be a way around in the PayPal API to do this and also perhaps do some modification with the WordPress Plugin to be able to allow this. Before bidding on this, try and understand the job and be sure you can do it. I don't want to waste time explaining over and over again. Be professional and let me know how long it will take you for this to be ready. I will appreciate if you can do it as quick as possible. Thanks.
