I am a freelancer, providing IT Support to small companies. I have contracts with them for support on yearly basis. Finding it difficult and hard to maintain & manage the contracts/renewal/computers. i track them by serial number + asset number + user. missing expiry dates and supporting for computers not under the contract as users on phone gives us wrong details. need an online system by which i can track and manage all this. need multi user as we are group of freelancers using it. and needs audit trails.
