Modify a PHPBB2 & PHPBlog Site

What has been done: We have a PHPBB2 and PHPBlog with Podcasting enabled. We need the following features. NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BEFORE SATISFACTORY DELIVERY DUE TO BAD EXPERIENCES. o Multilingual (Y) – system's administrative interface is localized based on individual user settings Who Will localise / translate it?
