Hi, I am looking to hire someone as a wordpress designer to work on my websites and possibly join my team as a full time employee in the near future. The developer must also have design background so that he can develop and design websites and blogs for me as needed. Answer these questions with your bid: 1) Do you have WordPress Development skills? 2) Do you also have WordPress Design Skills? 3) Can you create websites/blogs and some complex web apps on your own? 4) Are you willing to work on hourly basis as well? 5) Can you please send over some examples of your best work? We would start on per project basis for some time and then move on to a monthly/hourly payment plan. Any half assed bids without those details wouldn't be considered. Thanks
