I'm looking to build out a website dedicated to connect people based on their leisure preferences and locale around the world. The website will need a fairly elaborate back end database system to match and make suggestions to connect people using the site. Whilst not identical in functionality to this site: [login to view URL] it will be somewhat similar. I also wish for the website to have a chat function and a video conferencing function to allow clients to connect online both by text and televisually. These features can be plug ins I'm guessing?
