Insert Advertising Code from Wordpress Plugin

Here are the list of requirements and background: Run a film and entertainment site. We sell ad inventory to our clients. We currently serve the tags (ads) through a Wordpress plugin, Ad Rotate (Pro Edition). We need to create a Wallpaper Takeover option (this is where a client purchases the background of the site), but I need it to be offered in three different locations (Category/Archive pages, one specific page on the site, and everywhere else). I need to be able to run multiple ads at a time that can be tracked through the plugin. We currently have ads running through the plugin, most of which are running fine but we could use some tweaks and clean up. Rest of the details can be provided through chat/interview.
