Improve single product, cart and checkout loading speed

I am having problems with the loading speed mainly with single product pages. The first time a user enters to one page the loading takes more than 15secs just for TTFB. The next time the user enters the loading time drops down dramtically to 6secs. This seems to be related to cache configs in cloudfare. I need someone who can improve the loading speed without breaking the site.
