Help me finish code in my PHP/Mysql/Jquery form

I have made two jquery/PHP forms (approx 30 for one form and 60 steps for the other) and setup Mysql database. Jquery is used as dependent dropdowns. I want you to help me with : a) Setup the whole thing in a platform that we agree on and which complements the jquery code (dependent dropdowns) and DB already made. b) my site needs to be multilanguage - DB is already designed for easy handling of translation code. c) PHP/mysql - there are some calculations based on user entries in form that need to be calculated in order to output a compensation amount. d) I have some predefined port, train and airport names that needs to be fetched based on user entry. e) security : I want you to help me on making the form injection proof (secure) f) Payment system - there needs to be implemented payment system g) Mailserver h) Mpdf, there are several doc files that need to be made ready i) + a bunch of other stuff that you can see in assignment I need your skills approx 30 hours in order to complete my website. I need you in one week from now. I want us to go through assignment in details before you start. We can discuss payment for this. I already have a running website which this project is a better version of.
