Evant calendar (PHP)

Create a PHP evant calendar like [login to view URL] 1. Calendar must be 100% like this (offer all options of) [login to view URL] (design, options..); 2. Multi-language (traduisible); 3. Multi-design (you must separate the html and the php code to integrat other templates); 4. Compatible PHP 4 & 5; 5. No SQL store. Event (and all data) must be stored in a local file (ini, xml or other format); 6. Valid (X)HTML & CSS(3); 7. Mobile Support; 8. The code must be coded by you. No purchase, no copy/past, no GNU, but writen from scratch be you! 9. Ajax, java(script) are permitted but I don't accept any other engine like bootstrap, smarty etc... (PHP CODE, CSS, (X)HTML, etc...) must be written be you from scratch!
