1. I need msword template having form fields in which maths questions can be entered. Questions may have diagram/images and MathType equations. 2. When word template is uploaded through a website to server then it converts in html. diagram/images should convert in png format and MathType equations into MathML [login to view URL] converted codes are stored in a database.
