Create a WordPress Theme

Hello, I am looking for someone to create me a simple wordpress theme based upon the design of an existing blog/site. (Theme Homepage Template) The design / layout / functionality should be able to create a site homepage 100% identical to the one shown via the url: [login to view URL] with a few clicks of a button. Note: this excludes the social media icons on the left had side of the screen and the chat window on the bottom right of the screen , also the share/content locker below the video on the post template page - you don't need to integrate these , this will be done separately by me via custom wordpress plugins. (Theme Post Page Template) The site post template should be modeled exactly after the layout / design of [login to view URL] . This developed wordpress theme will cater to video bloggers, so the main part of a given post will be the large youtube video embed. (Theme Page Template) The site page template should be modeled after the basic layout of [login to view URL] . Features: - Implement Homepage Site Template, Post Template , and Page Template - User should be able to easily customize each line of text on the page (change text / color / etc) and change all graphics to their own. - Via the Post page - a sidebar related videos feature should be implemented exactly in the style of the one found via [login to view URL] . Via each post - user should be able to specify "category" in which to display videos from in this "related videos sidebar feature". - Via the Post page - the user should be able to specify a featured thumbnail which will be show as the thumbnail of the video post. - Displayed Video posts layout / format should model exactly the homepage of this site. Including video category sort , the show more button to load more videos, and the video mouse hover effect displayed to the user. - The 6 labeled buttons found the homepage should be text customizable and allow user to link to chosen urls. Also these buttons should display same mouse over hover effect currently displayed via existing site. - The big green buttons displayed via top section of homepage and bottom section page / post template - should be fully text customizable within theme. - User should be able to easily input the code for a facebook retargeting pixel to a specific site page. This should then be added to the source code of the site. If you can easily create this let me know.
