I want to place two PHP forms on my site. A reservation form and a contact form. When a customer fills in a form i should receive the details by mail. The form should be in Dutch, i wil supply translations the contact form has the following fields - name - email -subject -free text box +send button (the customer must not be able to leave any fields blank) the reservation form has te following fields: -name -email -telephone number - adress - zip code and place - Bank number - sort of item they want to hire (5 items, customer should be able to select multiple items - checkboxes) and should be able to teel how many they want to hire (dropdown menu) For example: (checkbox) ITEM 1 (dropdown menu) (checkbox) ITEM 2 (dropdown menu) (checkbox) ITEM 3 (dropdown menu) - date selection (calendar pop up) - how many weeks (dropdown menu) - action code - free text box +send button examples of how the forms should look (with some minor changes) reservation form: [login to view URL] contact form: [login to view URL]
