convert some scripts to run in php7. Remove 32bit compatablity check. some simple css changes.

There are more than 100 files less 150 to go through and make sure the are compatible with php 7 (probably many will need no work) also if possible remove the 32 bit check. plus some simple changes to the css to make it look and feel more modern and work on a smart phone the set of script are a installation and i wish it to be movable from server to server so i want them back as a installation
