This is a two part job. Part 1) On Product page, make sure only the images from the selected variant are shown part 2) Client offers free shipping starting 100$. They want a progress bar that shows how much the have to add to the cart before their client can enjoy free shipping. So if someone adds a 20$ item to the cart, there should be a progress bar with "80$" left before free shipping. Good news: This code already exists in a another (not-live) theme that the client purchased. Theme is called Gecko and the code is available there.
