Building a Website inspired by an existing one 2

Hello, I'm searching for someone to hire to build me a website that is similar to an already existing website (to be given once i am in contact with the freelancer) The website to be built will generally need the following functionalities : From the visitor's side: - a beautiful and easy to use designed interface - an upload button for the visitor to upload a text, pdf, word, photo files with a preview/re-edit functionality - a Visitor interface where he can edit an already generated text form ( change text, use bold italic underlined, change text size etc .. ) - a Visitor interface where he can edit an already existing picture by adding text to it or load images by uploading a file or by selecting already existing PNGs. - the possibility to create an account on the website to get newsletter or a follow-up with a user account area - a contact form - a payment functionality with mastercard, visa, paypal - a shopping basket button with pending items to be paid - a countdown timer with days, minutes and seconds - Mobile friendly interface - a change language button (website will be in french/english as a beginning) From the website owner's side: - The functionality to upload new contents (new text form that can be edited by the visitors / new images that can be edited too) - The functionality to see the photos or the text edited by the website's visitor that can be printed out. - The ability to change an item price - The ability to see the selected options chosen by the website's visitor - The ability to send an automated email for the visitor once I specify a Tracking Number for him.
