I want to build a groceries delivery website with following(UK customers): ***Admin*** --> Should be able to upload the groceries list(Images,description and few other details) and their pricing --> Should be able to see the drivers available on a particular day --> Assign deliveries to drivers --> Driver route trail and best route calculation for given set of postcodes --> Delivery GPS tracking --> Finance (expenses tracking and normal book keeping) --> Reports generation for profit and loss statement, feedback, could of other analytics --> User management --> Driver management ***Customer*** --> Simple sign up page and sign in page --> Should see a dashboard with ==> Saving done till date by using our site, previous orders, New Deals, any expiring grocery items from the previous order, spend wheel(tells how much they are spending on food,cleaning, etc.,) --> Should be able to see different types of SET grocery baskets(Ex: SMALL-Family pack, student pack, BIG-family pack etc.,) --> Should also be able to customise their own basket --> Should be able to pick a SET-grocery basket and add more items to it --> Should be able to select their fav store from a pre-populates list of stores --> Track my order functionality --> Send us feedback/complaints --> Ask for refund on a damaged goods --> Place an order and pick delivery time from free slots --> They can also request for PAID - delivery time --> Refer a friend --> Order history --> Profile for address changes and few other bits --> Customer Signature for delivery --> Customer authorisation for leaving at a different address within the allowed distance limit --> Cancel or reschedule delivery before the time limit --> Update the order a day before the delivery and payment adjustments ***Driver*** --> Driver login --> Their workload for the day --> route for each delivery --> Call the Customer to inform about the delivery in next 15 mins --> Call customer for delay in arrival --> Time logging for all the deliveries and driver performance chart
