My name is Anthony, I am looking for someone to make a dynamic quiz for my Wordpress website. I already have most of the front end design complete via Wordpress and need someone to make the quiz for me. The quiz is dynamic in the sense that the first question will ask, for example "What is your favorite color?". If the user answers "blue" then the second question will ask "What is your favorite animal?". If the user answers "yellow" then the second question will ask "What is your favorite food?". This will keep going for about 10 questions and at the end it will place the user into a category. After they are placed into the category I would like the quiz to access a database and pull information from the database (preferably SQL) based on the category they were placed into. This information will be sent back to the user on a webpage as quickly as possible after taking the quiz.
