Build Me An Online Database for Documentation Upload

This website is to be designed to have one central database where “Quality assurance” documentation can be stored (by suppliers and our company) and accessed (by customers needing the documentation) by logins. Suppliers will log into their accounts so that they can upload any and all documentation necessary into the database. All ordered products have an issued “batch number” and “heat number” and each document will be filed under these batch and heat numbers. This way the customer is able to search the batch number or the heat number that they are after and find all documentation needed for it. The supplier will input the following information: - Product name - Product size - Document type - Batch number - Heat number They will then attach the corresponding document. This document will then be stored in the database and a verification email will be sent to our company for one of our team members to verify that both the document is correct and the information supplied is correct. Once it is stored, customers will have a log in that they can use to search the batch number or heat number of the document they need and download the document for themselves.
