Build me an Hybrid App that works on phone and browser.

Dear Programmers, I am Guiseppe Cartago an entrepreneur for a very long time. My passion to become an entrepreneur were women and gaming. Ever since I had the passion to combine them in a game. Now I have finally decided to make the first steps in developing my idea. I think I have enough confidence to pull this through. What I need now is a programmer who is with me to take this first step. The person should be interested in women and gaming:). The content is not nude but explicit. The content comes from Instagram. I got the whole idea worked out ( I think:P) and designs are placed in a flowchart. I did my best but all expertise on this field is welcome. This first step is the start and I plan to expand the app/game bit by bit. I have been trying to get the right person for this assignment but I have made a mistake about the time it would cost. I have all the time of the world, this is a hobby. I will not rush finding somebody, if you want to rust you are better of looking for another opportunity. I am looking for somebody tranquil o who has the knowledge to make this app/game and is in no rush. We can work on a weekly basis with small milestones. I have a life to. What I think is important is good communication and planning. The Idea: This app needs to store favorite profiles from Instagram in a adding process and show them in a shared active timeline with other users (updates automatically). There is an advanced filter to search in the active timeline. Uses need to login with their instagram account to use the app. I need a back-end to manage the app/game and see user statistics (active users / profiles added etc..) and a script for me to import excel information into the system to automatically create profiles. More information on request if you are really interested. This idea will expand in the future. Good documentation is important for following programmers. A good friend (programmer) will oversee the project with me. I need to make sure everything will go as planned. He is a programmer but can't create hybrid apps. Hope this is fine with you.
