Build a Crowdfunding site

Hi there, We are looking for a Crowdfunding site, where people can create projects with specifics to Energy Generation projects(Details will be given on negotiation of terms. It will be composed of the following features: - Index: Who we are, what and why we do it (standart index) & some of our funded projects - Register page (Register between investor or seeker of investment) but once inside you'll have access to both profiles in case you are seeking investment and you're also investing in projects. - 3 Types of profiles (1: Investor, 2: People seeking investment, 3: Admin/Company(Internal)) - Being able to fund the project and "simulate" how much as an investor you'll be earning acording to x% of return acording to the project(established by the 3rd profile admin/company) - Manage the payments thru a payment gateway and display the analytics on the admin dashboard - Project modal/popup/page: You'll only be able to fund the projects once you register but we want to be able to display projects so people can get interested (Also adding some socialmedia buttons so you can share the project) - Admin Dashboard: Being able to display users, projects funded, projects to be funded, $ funded, $ to be funded, etc... (We can get deeper into this on the negotiations) - Investor/Seeker Dashboard: + Investor: Being able to see how much you've invested, what projects and how much are you earning + Seeker: See how is doing your project, how much $ is still to go for the 100% funded. On both of this you'll be able to manage your account information (credit card / paypal), also request funds (profits from your investments, only on investor profile) Also you'll be able to manage if you want to reinvest your profits on projects with X or Y parameters set by you (min. %ROI & Risk grade) - View Projects(Invest): Once you are logged in, you'll be able to see the projects with some fundamental information such as % funded, %ROI, Simulate investment, duration of the project - For this type of project you'll have to first transfer funds into the web to invest in the projects so a "balance" must be shown in all the pages right besides your "account and a small profile pic" This is an overview of the generals of the project, more will be discussed once we see you're interested on bidding for the project.
