Booking Plugin Solution for Online Tutoring using Wordpress

We offer an online learning platform where instructors registered with us can create and sell their own video based courses using our wordpress website. There is a need to offer online tutoring in which instructors that are registered on our sites could sell their tutoring services to students through the following process 1) Instructor will register on our website as a tutor and fill out details about themselves including the subjects they teach, their experiences and other vital details. 2) Once approved, the instructor could go ahead and start to offer his service for online tutoring. 3) He will be required to have his profile picture without which he cannot start tutoring online. 4) He will create fill out the booking details from his dashboard, set the subjects he is interested in tutoring to students and set his own price per hour. 5) I will like to unhook any previously available profile page for the instructor and create a new profile page similar to the first attached tutor's page image on wyzant. 6) There will also be a tutors directory that will be created to display information similar to the second attached tutor's directory image on wyzant. 7) On the directory page for the tutors, there should be two buttons to View the profile of the Tutor (View Profile) and and the other button to book the tutor (Book Tutor). This should open up a jquery form that the students could fill to book the instructor. 8) If the View Profile button is clicked, this is necessary to get more information about the instructor, then from the profile page the same form, should now be available (this time not as a pop up form) just like it is displayed on the wyzant page as attached here. 9) Once the pop up form is filled, there will be a link to confirm the booking which should open up in Woocommerce to pay for the booking and the time to confirm the booking should be for just 15 mins after, which the booking in the cart expires and is deleted. 10) In the same form the students should be able to book slots based on the pre-set available time set by the tutor. The cost of the slot booked will be the total of the cost per hour x no of slots selected. 11) Once the slot is booked and paid for, the student, the instructor and the admin could be able to see it in their front end dashboard. Also an email, should go out to the admin, the instructor and the student about the details of the purchase and also the class link for the upcoming classes booked. 12) However, before the day of the event (class start) both the students and the tutor could be able to reschedule the class appointment and it will need the approval of the admin to fix them into next available slot. 13) We will be integrating a virtual classroom to handle the meeting between the tutor and their students. 14) We will also want students to be able to request from their dashboard, what they want to learn without the need to go and search for any instructor and we want instructors to be able to go to the Student's lead page to read those requests and now send internal messages to the students by bidding for that request and the students could now be able to choose whoever he or she prefers and the normal process of booking now kicks in. 15) In order to increase the worth of the tutor, there will be ratings by students and also the total hours booked will be incremented. 16) This is a form of booking and appointment specifically for online tutoring using virtual class. I want the quotation for this project and the time frame for completion. Specifically I want somebody who might have had experience setting this up as a custom solution for an educational project and who understands the internal working of this project beyond what I have highlighted above. Showing me a project that you have done in this regard is also an added advantage and experience with Wordpress is a must. Thanks as I expect responses soonest.
