Android Application for downloading data from web site.

The Android application should scan the local network to find a server on a predifined port. If the server is found (succesful connect on the port), the application should open a view for scanning a barcode. If not, it shoud continue scanning while showing the message " Scanning for server" When barcode is scanned, the app should make a get on a predefined url with the scanned barcode as a parameter. It will receive a json file. This file must be sent to the server on the local network.
