Input = User's selection on course, Program = course details, outline be converted & pull fielded information and Output = PDF format, It is the main essence of this project. Please confirm me, will admin will upload all course details from back end or any other? Also let me know, which form be converted into only any DOCS file or any files be converted into PDF using this tool? PDFCreator is a tool for creating PDF files from documents like DOCs. It works directly from programs like word. PDFCreator has different modes of virtual printing, in addition to creating a PDF you can also convert PDF to PNG, JPEG, BMP, TXT, RAW, and many other formats. I think this be a reference of your required tool. Here is my understanding: -User need to get registration to avail this tool. -This tool be opened and user need to specify website user account & password -They will view the lists of available courses -They can select all courses to generate PDF -There will be a start button, user need to select this button & processing be start. -User be able to take screen shots of PDF -In case of large length course outline, the system will automatically split this into 2-3 pages. -I will follow the same page structure as you mentioned. -All PDF will follow the A4 paper measurement This is what I understand so far.
