Write some Software

I am looking for a freelancer to help me develop a platform that bridges two pieces of live musical performance software together for DJs. Most of the software is readily available online for free (i will disclose more on this subject to an NDA being signed). The software must work either across both mac & windows or be universally accessible via a web browser as a SAAS. Would be keen to speak to a developer about what is the best way to proceed. Please copy 'I have understood the brief and have the necessary skills to fulfil the project' into your responses, so that i know you have read the entirety of this page. I will not listen to offers from people who have not read the brief through to the end!
