There are a lot of issues I find here on your project. 1. You are using cpanel - Buggy | Lack of control on server 2. Using Apache - Slow 3. Magento|Wordpress|Joomla - Uses a lot of system resource That shouldn't be configured on apache [recommendation] 4. PHP 7 is on beta version [not recommended at all] If you are using it on your own vps don't use cpanel [costly and lack of control] There are other control panels too that can be used with csf. Do you have any monitoring tools installed to monitor services on your server?
