Developer / designer needed to create layout for sales forecasting dashboard

I'm looking for a developer / designer familiar with the INSPINIA bootstrap theme (or is comfortable figuring it out) to assist with the layout / design of a product sales forecasting dashboard. PLEASE NOTE: This job is primarily for the VISUAL design aspect. If you are only a programmer without significant design skills, please do not bid. Background: Our company is a manufacturer and retailer of personal care products. We have about 200 unique products in our catalog that all sell a different rates. Because of the nature of these products (costs of raw materials, stability, etc) we do not wish to produce inventory for more than a specific number of months in advance. Objective: Based on historical sales data for each of these catalog items (updated daily in our database), we'll need to determine, via different forecasting methods, the number of products we would need to produce to meet an estimate of the demand for the coming months. Once we determine the ideal elements and options to have in our forecasting dashboard (something we will do together), I would like you to design a static HTML example page(s) along with providing the necessary details about any mathematical equations required to achieve specific results. This information will then be provided to developers to integrate into our Laravel based custom ERP system. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of forecasting methods as well as an excellent grasp on UI/UX design and technical requirements writing.
