Develop a woocommerce plugin

Hey guys! We're looking for someone to develop a WooCommerce Quoting & Proofing plugin. Our goal is to mimic the order process of [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) The process is as follow : Step#1 : Choose product size and quantity (possibility to input custom size, price displays in real-time) Step #2 : Upload artwork Step #3 (optional) : Add options to your order Step #4 : Review order & checkout ---- Key elements are : - In step #1, price needs to update in real-time with selected quantity/size - We need to be able to switch currency and dimensions (metric/imperial). We are considering using Aelia's Currency Switcher, although we're open to other suggestions. The system should detect the geolocation of the visitor and automatically displays the appropriate currency and dimensions (i.e: USD and Inches for visitors from USA, EUR and Centimeters for visitors from Europe, CAD and Centimeters for visitors from Canada, etc.) - The plugin should include a back-end proofing system to upload a picture(s) of the product for the customer to review and approve. The customer will be able to leave a message if he needs modifications. Email notifications should be sent to admins when customer approves/request modifications. Email notifications should also be sent to the customer if admins reply on the proofing page. We're basically looking to imitate the ease of use and user friendliness of Sticker Mule, but for our custom products. Good luck everyone!
