Develop a small social network based around a specific topic (From Scratch or BuddyPress or Dolphin or SocialEngine)

We are urgently looking for a skilled developer or a small team that will develop a modern social network around a specific field/topic. The project is confidential and the exact requirements will be given after the hiring process and a brief Skype call. You can choose to either develop a custom social network from scratch or modify an existing one, such as: - SocialEngine - Dolphin - BuddyPress Wordpress extension - preferred solution! Please indicate if you are going to modify an existing solution. You must have experience with the chosen system and it will still need to meet all our requirements. If developing from scratch, please only apply if you have previously developed the similar social network and include the examples of your work. Attached below are the general requirements that describe the scope of work. All the requirements must be met in order to complete the project. Please read carefully before applying. We are looking for very skilled developers who will be able to understand the requirements and to take the initiative. We will provide a basic wireframes and User flow for you to follow in the design and development. In the near future we will need to develop a native mobile App to use some of the features of the system, therefore the system must be extendable. Do NOT apply if you don't have experience in developing social networks.
