Develop chat module like freelancer´s chat.

Hi, I want to purchase a chat module with these features: 1- Messages page where users can see the list of contacts at the left side and chat with those users at the right side. Like this: [login to view URL] 2- Users can open chats in little boxes while browsing through my app. Like this: [login to view URL] 3- The chat must work in real time using web sockets or similar technology, not ajax. 4- JavaScript and PHP API, for example, to open chat boxes when the users clicks on a button. 5- Send email to notify users when they get new messages. It must be already developed and tested, if you have a demo even better. This module will be used on a wordpress website, so the module must use PHP and compatible technologies.
