Custom post type category list link to custom template category dinamically

Hello. I've made a custom template called template-categories-example, which is listing all categories existing in custom post type with a foreach. This is linked to archive-category-template, and I'd like to link to a custom template already done in the template. The second thing is to close most recent category of this custom post type for non logged users and add a class disabled. The work is just php and wordpress code, don't need css done. All custom-templates are done in the template.
