Create a WordPress Template

PLEASE ONLY BID AFTER READING FULL BRIEF To create a Theme to match the attached layout theme in style and layout. The theme should be fully responsive, with the ability to add plugins if required later. I would like to be able to add the pages, categories, products, etc, once the template is installed. The owner will want to be able to edit pages and products as well.
