Create Website (Bootstrap with codeigniter)

For this project I will provide the template and the database, requiring only do part of backend with codeigniter. Below are the specifications: - System Login with password change option, and send email pro, if you forget your password. - The system should have a register of services, which will be registered the default value of the service. - There will be a customer base, which will have customer data, option to choose a company image should be loaded here in this client page, all registered services with their default values, that because each customer can have different prices for each service. Client registration is done only by the system admin, when you register, you will see the option to choose a password for the account of this company. this password can be emailed. Fields in this form; Basic data of the company, day of the month for payment, choose an image. - Option to launch services to the client. In this part, after the client has been registered in the system, the admin can launch services for this client. Services are recorded and the end of a month the customer pays the sum of services. Each customer has a specific day within the month to pay the accumulated services. For example customer who has paid every day 5, as other pay only day 10. In launching the service, should have the option to choose the service and the amount of it. - A customer log, it will only have the option to see the services that month, and what he must pay. Must have a history of months, from the beginning to the present day.
