Create an Plugin which create text direct on images (no overlays)

We need an Plugin which create text on a image. There are a lot of Plugins which create an text overlay, but we want a real text on the image. So the customer upload an image and via custom fields on a different site he can insert a text on the images (different text for different images).. but it should be DIRECT on the image not an text on a different layer.. The image is after adding the text in the wordpress media, so that he can simple choose it for his pages. Check the screenshots, i made on step 2 a english guideline. We need the labels for the plugin in german and in english. So when the user has an english or other country choosen as language then it should be display english labels. When the customer choose german as language then it should display german Functions: - adding an text on images (every image different own text), text should be DIRECT on the image, not a simple overlay which can deleted via html.. - text position should be changeable (corners 4 options) - text size changeable - margin to border editable - text family editable (we give standart fonts 8-10) - pagenination (1,2,3...10), <> - remove image - upload image - english / german (automated) --- - should work on mostly all good coded themes.
