Hello Benji, I had gone through the pdf files thoroughly and here is my observation, as mentioned there, there will be two main player, admin and customer means end user, if we will make things in short, customer wont' have registration facility from front end, only have facility to login into this, admin will have privilege to register customer from backend and on registration if needed system can send email to that email id for user name and random generated password of predefine password to that customer. See in backend, as you had mentioned there will be two main portion, customer management and record managment, each records will associated with specific customer selected while adding records, from front end, customer will have only chance to see their own company's records none other tthen and only have option to print, email and search , no add and edit . Benji, SEE HERE YOU ARE MISSING ONE POINT, WHILE ADDING CUSTOMER FROM BACKEND, NO WHERE WE HAVE DEFINE HIS/HER RELATION WITH ANY COMPANIES, SO WE HAVE TO ADD COMPANY MANAGEMENT TOO, SEE HOW CAN I RESTRICT ANY CUSTOMER TO SEE THEIR COMPANY RECORDS ? SO IT WOULD BE LIKE WHILE ADDING CUSTOMER WE CAN CHOSE TO WHICH COMPANY HE/SHE BELONGS TO. Please let me know your thought, though one thing is clear from your documentation that records will definitely be restricted to customer because while adding records , we are selecting customer, so in that manner the sentence would be customer can see their assignee. Db tool will be custom made extension, right? Not already existing thrid party extension. 2. Just a little confusion over screenshots, they are just sample nothing like extension already working. 3.I dont see anywork of extension but component.
