Cpanel/WHM to Barracuda Spam API Script -- 3

Project Budget is $375 CAD - 5 Day turnaround or better ***Paid though Freelancer only - Do not bid if you want to be paid any other way*** We need a WHM Plugin to shoot domain lists to the API of the Barracuda Spam Appliance. We want it run as a installable plugin rather than just a shell script. The api accepts PHP. The plugin will send newly created account domains, add-on domains and parked domains to the barracuda api. We assume that cpanel/whm uses the same file in /etc/domains as its master list so it will make it easy in any case to get that info.
